Buffalo, NY (WBEN) Erie County District Attorney John Flynn says while creepy, the alleged actions of a priest will not result in a charge..

"We have looked into it, and the alleged conduct did not rise to the level of criminal conduct," says Flynn in the case of a priest accused by a girl of inappropriate touching back in January. "If other evidence develops, we'll look at that obviously."

Flynn says he won't go into specifics, but mentioned the priest was elderly.

He says he will inform the diocese about the priest in question for its own internal affairs.

"I believe the girl in what she told me what happened," says Flynn when questioned if this was a false accusation. He says he encourages anyone with a claim to come forward. .
