Buffalo, NY (WBEN) Sources tell WBEN pressure is mounting from committee members in the GOP throughout the 27th Congressional district to replace Chris Collins on the ballot.

Collins was indicted on charges of insider trading and lying to investigators.

Congressman Tom Reed says it should be up to the voters to decide. "Obviously, it's a decision Chris and his family have to make, and he's decided to stay on. I believe in the system, " says Reed. "With that decision, Chris is up for public review, and the public decision whether he passes is best."
