Driver charged with DWI in crash that killed woman

WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WBEN) - A woman died after a DWI crash on Southwestern Boulevard on Sunday.

West Seneca Police said Corrine M. Bennet, 38, died after she was ejected from the car in the crash. She was not wearing a seat belt.

The other three passengers all survived the crash. The driver, Daniel W. Witczak, 33, was charged with DWI. He and backseat passenger Thaddeus Witczak suffered non-life threatening injuries. Lindsey Witczak, 34, is at ECMC with serious injuries.
