Pigeon, 2 Others to be Charged with Election Law Violations

Accused of coordinating PAC and local campaigns

Buffalo, NY (WBEN) Sources confirm to WBEN Steve Pigeon and two associates will be facing felony election law charges in State Supreme Court tomorrow.

Pigeon along with Kristy Mazurek and David Pfaff are accused of violating election rules with regard to Erie County Legislature Candidates Richard Zydel and Wes Moore, and the Amherst Supervisor campaign of Mark Manna.

Sources say Pigeon's political action committee is accused of violating election rules by doing virtually all spending on those campaigns.
