BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN) - More than 100 people from 35 states and Canada have donated to the Roswell Foundation since Ezra Castro, best known as Bills superfan "Pancho Billa", passed away on Tuesday.

"We're just about at $5,000 (since noon Wednesday) and counting,"  Roswell Foundation Chairman Jim Newman said. "We're certainly saddened. We've been following his story for the last year and a half and being a cancer patient and cancer warrior certainly close to our hearts and then to be followed up by the tremendous generosity of fellow cancer patients and Buffalo sports was touching not only to me, but the entire Roswell family."
