Buffalo, NY (WBEN) The state has just announced pro sports events can be held, but no spectators will be allowed inside.

The move was made as part of phase four and is the guidance as of this moment.

Fans will not be allowed to congregate outside the venue as well, which would curtail tailgating events at Buffalo Bills games as of now.

I's important to note that the 'no fans' guidance is the policy as of the time the guidelines are published and may change prior to the start of any NFL or other sports league season.

Tuesday, the Bills announced season ticket holders could pass on renewing this year without the risk of losing their seats next year.
