McCoy, Incognito, Hyde heading to Pro Bowl

Orchard Park, N.Y. (WBEN/ - The Buffalo Bills will have a trio of players heading to Orlando, Florida this January for the NFL Pro Bowl. Running back LeSean McCoy, guard Richie Incognito and safety Micah Hyde were named to the AFC roster on Tuesday evening.

This will be McCoy's sixth Pro Bowl appearance, and it comes during a season that has seen him rush for 1,057 yards through 14 games. The 29-year-old running back also eclipsed the 10,000 yard all-time mark during last Sunday's win over the Miami Dolphins. McCoy is also Buffalo's leading pass catcher through 14 games with 52 receptions and 350 yards.

Incognito heads to the Pro Bowl for the fourth time in his career, and the third straight year as a member of the Bills.

This year's Pro Bowl will mark Hyde's first appearance in the all-star showcase. In his first year in Buffalo, the safety has started all 14 games, picking off five passes and racking up 57 tackles.

The Bills also announced on Tuesday that center Eric Wood, defensive tackle Kyle Williams, running back Mike Tolbert and tight end Charles Clay were selected as alternates for the Pro Bowl. Wood was named as a first alternate, while Williams is a second alternate and both Tolbert and Clay are third alternates.
