Buffalo, NY (WBEN) - The Buffalo Niagara International Airport will implement new, "enhanced" security measures starting today.  As such, they suggest pass angers arrive 90 to 120 minutes prior to flights to ensure they make it through security screening in time.

Earlier this year, the TSA announced it will roll out additional security measures to airports nation wide. The measures include placing all larger electronic devices into a separate bin, similar to the screening of laptops.

The BNIA posted an announcement to their website:

"New Security Screening: Beginning November 1, the TSA is implementing enhanced security measures which may cause delays at the security checkpoint. The new procedures will include enhanced passenger screening along with heightened screening of personal electronic devices. We recommend that all passengers arrive at the airport 90 minutes to 120 minutes prior to departure."
