BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN) - In front of a packed house at HarborCenter, Buffalo Sabres rookie defenseman Rasmus Dahlin dazzled in the 2018 Sabres Prospect Challenge.

The 18-year-old scored twice and tallied an assist at Buffalo took the first game over the New Jersey Devils by a 6-4 final. Dahlin scored his first goal in the second period when a pass attempt to Kevin Hancock went off a Devils defenseman in front of the net. Then, with Buffalo and New Jersey tied at four in the third period, Dahlin netted a loose puck to give Buffalo its game-winning goal.

Dahlin also had an assist on Buffalo's final goal when he broke up a pass while on a penalty kill.
