Buffalo, NY (WBEN) The Buffalo Bills are sending out surveys to fans to gauge their interest in either a new stadium or a renovated New Era Field.

The survey, emailed to Bills fans, asks about their general attitude toward the team, and whether they think the Buffalo market would support a renovation of the current home in

Orchard Park and/or a new stadium for the Bills.

The survey also asks where the best location for a new location would be, whether it's in Orchard Park, downtown, or south, east or west of Buffalo.

Fans are also asked about what characteristics such as seat comfort, ridesharing and in seat concession ordering would be important in a new stadium as well as a renovated New Era Field.

The Bills are also inquiring about fan interest in a social gathering section. That secion would be standing room only, giving fans a few of the action and the opportunity to mingle while watching the game.

Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz isn't surprised the team is seeking fan input, saying, "this is generally what's done".
