Bills Training Camp Starts Today

Pittsford, NY (WBEN) - It's the day thousands of Bills fans have been waiting for: the Buffalo Bills training camp opens today.  

The Bills training camp is in the same place it's been since 2000, Saint John Fisher College in Pittsford, which just outside of Rochester.

In case you were thinking of driving out there to check things out today, there are some details to keep in mind. 

There are four practices the require tickets to get in.  While the tickets are free, you will have to get them from a different location for each of the practices.  Here is how that breaks down:

All tickets are available starting Tuesday, July 18 at 9 a.m. at the following locations.

Thursday, July 27 (5:30 p.m.): Sponsored by Bud Light at St. John Fisher College, Rochester

Tickets are available through the My One Buffalo App. Simply log-in, under My Tickets click on the training camp ticket offer and submit your request. Once your order has been processed the tickets will be emailed. Fans who do not have the My One Buffalo app can download it today to create an account and access this training camp ticket offer. All other practices, ten of them, are free. You can download the schedule HERE.

Other things you need to know are if it rains, they move training camp indoors - but not the fans, fans aren't allowed when they're indoors.

You can bring your own food and drink, but no beer or booze.

Some new things for this year are the misting stations and the Bills Mini Golf as part of the activities section.

There will be new security procedures in place, including metal detector screenings and the NFL's bad policy.
