Orchard Park, N.Y. (WBEN) - Over 70,000 Bills fans headed to New Era Field Sunday for the battle of the AFC East, will be attending a wedding as well.

Mackenzie Park and Jordan Binggeli of Rochester are diehard Bills fans who happened to win the Bills “Halftime Wedding Experience of a Lifetime” contest, presented by Reeds Jenss, just a few months ago. The ceremony will happen at half time on the 50 yard line.

“It’s the icing on the cake. It’s the touchdown. It’s a hail Mary and we scored with no seconds left. We won,” said Parks to BuffaloBills.com

The NFL has given permission to extend halftime to 14 minutes to accommodate the wedding.  Halftime is normally 12 minutes.

Fan favorite Kyle Williams, recently retired defensive tackle, will officiate the ceremony.

Hale Northeastern Expo Services, Inc. of Buffalo, has been contracted to build the wedding “Float” display that Mackenzie and Jordan will take their wedding vows under.

Hale President Jim Rosenberg said, “It is a great honor that we now have the opportunity to bring the talents and traditions of our family business to the 50 yard line at New Era Field this Sunday. Helping this couple celebrate their love is an honor and privilege that ranks with the most exciting galas and tradeshows we have participated in over our many years in the industry.”

The love story between Jordan and Mackenzie started with a first date at a Bills game as well as the marriage proposal.

Nearly 1,400 couples applied for the Bills “Halftime Wedding Experience of a Lifetime” contest.
