Buffalo, NY (WBEN) Buffalo State University Police make an arrest in a robbery on the campus Thursday night. Police say the suspect is not a student.

At approximately 7:45 p.m., a student in a Cassety Hall room reported to University Police that he was the victim of an armed robbery earlier in the evening. The victim states that at approximately 6:40 p.m. he responded to a knock at the door, and as he opened the door, two male suspects pushed in the door to gain entry to the room. One suspect displayed what appeared to be a silver handgun. The two suspects took a small amount of cash and cell phones from the room before fleeing the building. No injuries were reported.

Police made an arrest Friday. The suspect is a 21-year-old non-student.
