NEW YORK (AP) — Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez beat 10-term Congressman Joseph Crowley in New York's Democratic primary last month.

She's now criticizing him for not getting his name off the ballot in the general election.

Despite his loss, Crowley's name will still be on the ballot as the candidate of the Working Families Party.

Ocasio-Cortez took to Twitter Thursday to accuse Crowley of purposely staying in the race.

She also accused him of standing her up for scheduled concession calls.

And she tweeted, "now, he's mounting a 3rd party challenge against me and the Democratic Party."

Crowley responded on Twitter that he's not running and supports her.

He said to get his name off the ballot, he would have to be nominated for a different position, move to another state, get convicted or die.
